Shipping and return policies for Portobello Express

Shipping Info
Basically the goods are sent by standard, non-tracked postage methods with no insurance (or any other shipping method you wish, as long as postage costs are covered).

If you are looking for a tracked postal service or one requiring a signature, please contact us after placing your order to arrange an upgrade to your service. We will check the total weight of your order and then request payment for any additional postage amount required to modify your delivery method.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the delivery methods outlined above, please contact us via to arrange an alternative delivery plan.

Payment is accepted only via PayPal to our account, but for Austria we may also accept payment cash on delivery (please inquiry us)


Delivery times:

within Austria: 2-3 days
within Europe: between 5 and 14 days (U.K. now might be longer, we're sorry for this!)
Rest of the world: unfortunately over 20 days :-(

Please note: weight category up to 2 kg!
For further items (over 2 kg) kindly inquiry about the costs.

We strongly advise to check your delivery address after placing your order.
If you suspect that the address has not been supplied to us correctly, kindly contact us immediately.
Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return it to us, in perfect condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (but not the postage and packaging).

All goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Portobello Express - please make sure to send all returns via recorded delivery to ensure their arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if items have clearly been used, worn or otherwise soiled after purchase.
